All fees are paid on a weekly basis unless otherwise arranged with the front office. All fees are to be paid by money order for the 1st 30 days of treatment then you may use a personal check. The cost for methadone maintenance is $90.00 per week. The cost for detox is $95.00 per week.

If you think you will not be able to make a payment, you must discuss with the front office or your counselor prior to your payment day so a plan can be made. If you run up a balance equal to 2 weeks of payments, you will be put on a financial contract. An office member will talk with you to come up with a plan for you to pay off your balance. If you do not follow the contract, it may lead to a financial detox and discharge from the clinic.

ARI takes NHP Mass, NHP RI, BMHC(Health Net), Medicaid, and United Health Rite Care. If you have any of these insurances, please speak with a member of our office staff so they can verify your insurance.

ARI will assess your account $25.00 for a “bounced check”. In addition, you will no longer be eligible to pay by check.
